NON KICKBOXING OPTIONS
Twenty workouts in 28 days. These classes are lead by energetic and passionate coaches who guide you towards your goals and can modify exercises based on limitations you may have. We provide you with an easy- to-follow nutrition guide that includes real ingredients which gets you back to eating clean. We'll hold you accountable with weekly weigh-ins, regular check-ins and a staff who are available to encourage, motivate, guide and answer concerns you may have!
