What is the
4 Week Challenge?
The All Fit 4 week weight-loss challenge is an amazing program designed to shed 10 lbs in 28 days. When you drop 10 lbs and follow our rules, you can qualify to roll your money over to another round or a gym membership to meet your ultimate fitness goals.
Who is the Challenge for?
This program is for everyone who is over the age of 16, and has at least 10 lbs to lose. It doesn't matter if you’ve never exercised in your life, are looking for a jump start to get back on track, or if this is the 100th time you’ve tried to lose weight. Work schedule an issue? We have classes as early as 5am and as late as 6:30pm. We also have classes Saturday mornings so you have no excuse! All Fit is finally the arena where you will have success in your fitness goals! All you have to bring is your DESIRE!

Why does this program work?
We have been derailed by modern culture in many ways. From an evolutionary and primal point of view our bodies are designed to move, and move often. We are also genetically predisposed to put only real food into our bodies as fuel. When these things happen together we can’t help but become healthy. Everything works better, body and soul. You will learn how to do this along with other invaluable life lessons.
