The 6 week challenge is an amazing program of diet and workouts scientifically backed, and specifically designed to shed 20 lbs of fat off your body in 42 days. When you drop 20 lbs you can qualify to roll your money over to another round to meet your ultimate goal weight or become eligible for a refund when your goal weight is met.
Primary to our services are the All Fit Kickboxing sessions. These are total body routines designed to give you an intense cardiopulmonary workout while improving strength, aerobic fitness, flexibility, coordination and balance. You will be guided by qualified instructors through a warm up, punching & kicking combinations, drills, core work and a cool down. From complete beginners and beyond, these workouts are set to upbeat music in a friendly and engaging environment that will have you hooked in no time!
Open gym! Featuring a team of highly-motivated and dedicated staff of certified experienced trainers. With 33 kickboxing bags, a full spectrum of dumb bells and equipment ranging from kettle bells to Olympic bars and plates, squat rack, battling ropes and more, we provide a unique experience that combines intensity, fellowship, and fun that has you coming out feeling accomplished with a bit of euphoria that carries you for the rest of your day.
The road to fitness can be difficult to navigate, and one size doesn’t necessarily fit all. Whether you are new to fitness, just need a jump start to get re-motivated, rehabbing from an injury, or whatever your individual goal, a certified trainer can design a program that will help you achieve the results you have been looking for. One on one training cuts away all other distractions and delivers customization, accountability and attention in a private training session.
In addition, we offer Partner Training which is a great way to split the cost.
Small group training is the next best thing to personal training at a reduced cost. It differs from the large group circuit training of the 6 week Challenge. While there are benefits to both, with only 3-4 people in a group, SGT allows the trainer more attention on technique, fundamentals and form. You will reap the benefits of being exposed to different training styles and programs for a variety goals, such as mobility work, strength training, functional movement, muscle gain, flexibility and fat loss. Grab some friends and create your own group!
Our newest Program! This class will teach you the fundamentals of boxing. Learn how to strike, use defense, counter, use foot work, shadow box, bag combos. Train just like a boxer! This program is led by U.S.A Boxing Coach Jenn Alas. A high demand Pro Boxing strength & conditioning coach to the Pro Boxers.
Love this gym even more! The positive can-do atmosphere is amazing and makes you feel like you can accomplish anything. The support from the trainers and the other members is awesome. The day after the challenge ended, guess where I was…at the gym! Love my All Fit Family!
